Test Platform for Complete Downhole Motor, Downhole Drilling Tools Test Platform
The test platform for complete downhole mud motor is an dedicated test equipment for testing the input and output performance of the complete downhole mud motor. Under the premise of maintaining the circulation liquid volume flow into the downhole mud motor as a given value, the downhole motor can work stably under different brake torques by applying different torque loads on the power output end of the downhole mud motor, the downhole mud motor is tested with output torque T, output rotation speed n, circulating flow Q1, downhole motor bearing section leakage volume Q2, downhole motor inlet pressure p1, outlet pressure p2 and inlet medium temperature, etc. Under different working conditions, after data processing, the downhole motor performance parameter table and characteristics curve will be obtained.
Test platform host machine includes loading system, water distribution assembly, drilling tool fix mechanism, drilling tool push and pull mechanism, base, etc.
Test platform host machine is for clamping and fixing downhole motor and meanwhile applying torque at the output end of the motor outlet to simulate bottom hole bit resistance.
Power loading system makes torque loading, torque and revolving speed output available. Its main function is to simulate the bit resistance when the downhole motor works at bottom hole.
For testing drill tools (or drilling tools under 6000N.M) under 127, use brake 1; for testing 150-197 drilling tools (or drilling tools under 20000N.M), use brake 2; for testing 244 and 286 drilling tools (or drilling tools above 20000N.M), both brakes work simultaneously.
Measurement and control system is capable of providing: circular flow control, torque load, torque collection, revolving speed data, inlet and outlet pressure data and temperature in the process of downhole motor test, and then generate downhole motor performance table and characteristic curve, finally finish comprehensive assessment and test on downhole motor performance.
