Test platform for downhole motor power section is used to test the sealing performance of the manufactured or repaired downhole motor, which provides a scientific basis for whether the drilling tools could be used under the well, and the characteristics of the drilling tools. The equipment is mainly composed of a host machine, a water system, a hydraulic system and a control system. The host machine is used to clamp and fix the downhole motor power section and provide power for the test. The water system is used to supply and discharge water for the test. Hydraulic system is used for the automatic pushing, holding and dismounting of the downhole motor. The control system is used for centralized operation and control of the host machine, water system and hydraulic system, shows and prints the differential pressure of drilling tools during the test.

A hydraulic dolly is installed and the height can be adjusted according to the specifications of different drilling tools. The improved trolly design can greatly reduce the shaking of the drilling tools during test; the clamping and dismounting of the drilling tools are all completed by the hydraulic system, which reduces manual operation and is safer and more reliable.
